I don't think it is fair that you chose to leave a 1 star review on this product when as you say yourself the product is fine.
You were unhappy because the courier issued a delivery window to you on the morning of delivery and then when the driver started running late your delivery window was extended to the full day. As much as we appreciate this is frustrating, this is not a reflection on our company and it is out of our contriol.
The orginal delivery window was between 8am and 1pm, You called us at 1.30pm and asked us to contact the driver - which we were unable to do as the driver is not employed by us, he is employed by the courier, you then further asked us to reimburse your wages for having to stay at home longer to wait for your delivery - which we also, cannot do. The delivery was then made to you at 2.10pm (1 hour and 10 minutes later than estimated)
We reiterated that it was your decision to order something for home delivery, knowing th`t couriers sometimes encounter delays outwith their control (traffic, accidents etc) and therefore it is your resposnibilty to be available to receive it, or make alternative arrangements such as a neighbour or a works address.
I'm sorry you still felt the need to review us so negatively, when the issue you experienced was outwith our control and ultimately, you were happy with our product.
